What do I need?
To sign up to Afterpay online, you’ll need a debit or credit card, New Zealand residential address and you must be over 18 years old.
Important details:
New Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment, on their first order, at the time of purchase. For any order thereafter, your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase date, and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase.
The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay, who will approve payments at the time of order. Should you need to return an item (meeting our return policy), you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay, with a cancelled payment plan.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you fail to make a payment, Afterpay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week the order is overdue

- 6 Months Interest Free offer - $250 and above;

2. For minimum monthly payment plans (6 Months & 12 months) monthly payments must be made during the interest free period Paying only the minimum monthly repayment of 3% of the outstanding monthly balance or $20 (whichever is more), will not be sufficient to repay the purchase amount(s) within the promotional period. Amount payable will be shown on your monthly statement.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for custom orders.

How do repayments work?
Repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments. Choose what works best for you.
What are the fees?
With Zip Pay a $9.95 monthly account fee applies, Zip will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date.
How do refunds work?
If you return goods to a retailer and they agree to a refund, your Zip account will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit.
Zip Money: Available to approved applicants only. Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will generally not repay a purchase within the interest free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period will be charged at the standard variable rate, 25.9% per annum as at 1 May 2023. The applicable interest rate is subject to change. A $6.00 monthly account fee applies. A one-off establishment fee may apply for new customers. Terms & Conditions apply and are available on application. See your contract for further details. A: When you choose Klarna’s Pay In 4 interest-free instalments service, Klarna places a reservation for the first instalment on your account. This reservation will be charged as the first payment when your order has been shipped. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email when your order is shipped. You can also find each order’s payment schedule in the app by clicking on ‘Spending’, choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on ‘Show Plan’.
