Full Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Card and eGift Card is redeemable for purchases at Freedom stores and online at www.freedomfurniture.co.nz in New Zealand only.

2. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

3. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases at Freedom stores.

4. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the card before the expiry date.

5. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

6. Where the cost of the purchases exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the Gift Card balance.

7. Gift Cards issued on or after December 1, 2024, will have an expiry date of thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue. For these cards:

    a. The Gift Card is only valid after activation (which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours).

    b. The card will expire thirty-six (36) months from the issue date, or, where an expiry date is written on the card by a Freedom staff member at the time of card issue, will expire on the expiry date (which can be no less than thirty-six (36) months from the issue date).

    c. If neither the issue nor expiry date (as applicable) is specified, the expiry date will be thirty-six (36) months after the date of card activation.

8. Gift Cards issued prior to December 1, 2024, will expire twelve (12) months from the date of issue, unless a different expiry period was specified at the time of issue.

9. Gift Card and eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
